Your tickets will be shipped once they are made available by the venue or team. The time frame in which you will receive your tickets is based on the delivery method, and subject to team & venue hold policies. Here are estimates of when you will receive your tickets:
Instant Download: Tickets listed as instant download are typically available within 15-20 minutes of your order being confirmed. You will receive an email shortly after your order is confirmed that will direct you to where you can download your tickets.
eDelivery: Tickets listed as eDelivery are typically delivered within 12 hours of your order being confirmed. You will receive an email letting you know when your tickets are available for download.
FedEx Delivery: FedEx Delivery will typically ship within 1 business day of your order being confirmed using Standard 3 Day FedEx Shipping. If your event is less than 3 days away, your shipping will be automatically upgraded to ensure on-time delivery. If your tickets are not yet available, the checkout page will display the seller’s expected in-hand date for shipment.
Special Delivery: In most cases, special delivery tickets will require you to pick up your tickets at a location at or near the event. If you purchased tickets that are deemed as a special delivery, we will notify you with the details of the location and available pick-up times.
Other Forms of Delivery:
Flash Seats: Flash Seats is an electronic form of ticketing that allows users to enter the venue via their smartphone application, credit card, or drivers license. If you order a ticket that is deemed as Flash Seats, you will be contacted by a member of our customer service team requesting your Flash Seats account information. Ticketmaster Mobile Entry: Ticketmaster Mobile Entry is a paperless form of ticketing that requires you to download their application, and create an account. If you order a ticket that is deemed as a Ticketmaster Mobile Entry, you will be contacted by a member of our customer service team requesting your Ticketmaster account information. Tickets will then be transferred onto your smartphone for you to scan at the venue entrance.
Our TicketCity guarantee states that you will receive your tickets in time for your event. In certain circumstances, your tickets may not become available until closer to the event date. Typically, in these situations, you will see an estimated available date listed in the cart. For example, if you purchase tickets to a College Football game in January that does not occur in August, tickets will be shipped closer to the date as the teams and venues make them available.
