TicketCity offers full refunds for events that are cancelled and are not rescheduled. This includes conditional and if necessary events. For rescheduled events where the tickets are valid for the new date, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. TicketCity does not offer refunds for partially cancelled events, including events where a performer, player or artist, does not, or is unable to perform. Exceptions include:
Masters: If an entire round of The Master’s Golf Tournament is rained out, TicketCity will offer an in-store credit for the full purchase price of your practice round, or daily tournament badge. If you purchased a 4-day Masters badge, you will not receive a refund, as your badge will be valid for the next day of play.
US Open Tennis Tournament: If the USTA tournament officials determine that any sessions 1-20 are rained out, then you will receive an in-store credit for the face value of the ticket purchased. Note, if you purchase a ticket for less than face value, you will receive an in-store credit for the face value for the purchase amount.
Miami Open: If the UTSA tournament officials determine any of sessions of the Miami Open are rained out, then you will receive an in-store credit for the face value of the ticket purchased. Note, if you purchased a ticket for less than face value, then you will receive an in-store credit for the purchase amount.
