If you have not received your tickets 2 business days prior to your event, please reach out to our client relations team so they can confirm the delivery details for your order. Certain events, particularly larger events, do require on site pickup which is typically done the day before or day of the event. In those cases you will be notified with the details of the pickup locations and times.
